研究方向
蛋白質-RNA複合物在轉錄和表觀遺傳層麵如何調控基因表達,以及如何在細胞分化和癌症發生等命運決定過程中發揮作用。主要研究內容包括:
1、 RNA結合蛋白的轉錄調控機製;
2、 反向RNA的功能與作用機製研究;
3、 RNA-Protein研究的新技術開發。
學術成就
2010年於武漢大學獲博士學位,2010年至2015在美國加州大學聖地亞哥分校進行博士後研究工作。主要從事RNA結合蛋白和非編碼RNA在細胞重編程、幹細胞分化及癌症發生過程中的功能機製研究。近年來主要圍繞RNA結合蛋白和microRNA (miRNA)在神經細胞重編程、癌症發生和幹細胞分化等方麵的作用開展了係統性探索, 取得了前沿性突破,在Nature、Cell、Mol Cell、Nat Cell Biol等頂刊發表數十篇科研論文。
