研究方向

課題組結合腫瘤分子生物學、RNA生物學和生物信息學,致力於腫瘤診療新靶點的發現和作用研究,建立了相關的RNA測序、生物信息方法和數據庫(exLR-seq, ASJA, EV-origin, exoRBase, RJunBase),提出並發現癌症中存在豐富的腫瘤特異轉錄本TSTs (Nat Commun, 2016; Cell Rep, 2018; Hepatology, 2019; Cancer Res, 2020; Nucleic Acids Res, 2021);解析了外泌體/細胞外囊泡RNA組分及其在癌症中的應用(Cell Res, 2015; Nucleic Acids Res, 2018&2022; Clin Chem, 2019; Gut, 2020)。課題組目前重點開展腫瘤標誌物和核酸藥物(小核酸和mRNA)研究。

 

工作經曆及學術成就

2009年博士畢業後留在上海市腫瘤研究所癌基因及相關基因國家重點實驗室工作,2011年至2013年在斯坦福大學醫學院做博士後,2013年9月起任複旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院/腫瘤研究所和生物醫學研究院PI。致力於RNA表型組學和轉化醫學研究,近年首次報道環狀RNA選擇性富集於外泌體,並建立首個人類血液外泌體長鏈RNA數據庫exoRBase,發現腫瘤特異轉錄本LIN28B-TST及潛在意義。迄今發表SCI論文60餘篇,H-index 45,被引超過1萬次,申請發明專利三項,獲得國家重點研發課題、國家自然科學基金、上海市科技創新項目,以及國家“萬人計劃”青年拔尖人才、上海市浦江和啟明星計劃資助。
